Knee problems are very common, and can occur in people of all ages. It can cause problems in many things – from participation in sports to getting up from a chair and walking. It can have a big and bad effect on your life.
Hip Disorders and Treatments
Your hip is the joint where your thigh bone meets your hip bone. Your hip is known as a ball-socket joint. This is because there is a ball at the end of your thigh bone, and it fits into the socket in your hip bone. This makes your hips very stable and allows you to do activity and movements. When they are healthy, it takes a lot of strength to hurt them. However, in sports, running, over-exercising, or falling can sometimes cause injury to the hip such as – stretch, mucositis, bone or joint moving, fracture (broken bones).
